What you should know

Catering orders are delivered hot in hotboxes, ready to serve. Salsas come on the side.

We ask for one week's notice on catering orders. We know things come up, so we can accommodate orders placed with less notice for a 10% rush charge, based on availability.

Minimum order is 24 tacos (appx $150 + delivery fees; feeds 10-12). We recommend ordering 2 tacos per person.

Choose from our simple menu: Buddy (egg, cheese, potato), Sprout (egg, cheese, potato, poblano, onion), and Buster (egg, cheese, potato, chorizo). All orders come with sides of our Hot Mama Sauce and Hot Mama Relish. We do not customize tacos.
